When you choose to work with me to plan your destination wedding, you get so much more than a “traditional” wedding planner!! Here are just some of the things that we will go over when we work together!
Do you know ALL those questions you have about destinations, resorts, travel, and stay? You’ll get them all personally answered by me! Think of me as your own personal travel concierge. All your questions will be directly answered by me, promptly. No more waiting 2 weeks to hear from a hotel. Additionally, all your guests will have access to me! I make myself available to answer all their questions and trust me, they’ll have questions. Thus removing the constant calls, texts, and emails that would otherwise head your way!
I’ll take care of all the details of room blocks and stays for you and your guests. This will allow you to spend your time focusing on the fun part of wedding planning! The flowers, decor, beach outfits, guest list, and fun activities!
In addition to sorting out you and your guest’s stay, and details of the room block, I personally handle the room block’s timeline! Including deposits, final payments, and any other details. From there, I then go over the room block with you in a way that makes sense and is full of ease!
I will personally handle and oversee each and every aspect of your destination wedding’s room block and resort reservations for you and your guests!
When working with me to plan your dream destination wedding, I will also provide you with pictures of the resort. As well as any information about the resort that will need to be added to to your wedding site. Or, I can enter the information on your wedding website for you!
Another key point about working with me is that all of my resort recommendations are from resorts that I have personally visited and vetted myself. Or resorts that have been vetted by my trusted industry colleagues (from the Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Association!)
